Dennis Lim

A well established member of the Ray White Croydon team, Dennis Lim has proven to be one of the brightest and most dynamic agents within the industry. 11 years at Ray White Croydon, he has shown his determination and dedication are commendable and stems from his passion for his work.

Early in his career he received the Rising Star Award and Dennis has gone from strength to strength earning the title "Elite Agent" in 2016 and 2019, placing him in the top 2% of Agents in Australia, and has been a “Premier Agent” consistently since 2014 for his excellent sales performance.

His emphasis on customer service is proven with his third placing, out of over 4,500 agents, in the Ray White International Awards for Customer Service. Awarded Croydon's Agent of the Year 2016, 2017 and 2019 (Rate My Agent), it’s easy to see why Dennis is so highly sought after by clients to sell or purchase their home or investment property.

Dedicated to customer service, Dennis’s skills and extensive knowledge of the local market allow him to prioritise time for personal attention, while striving on the challenge of meeting and exceeding the expectations of buyers and sellers alike. Dennis and his wife Bethany live locally owning property in the Maroondah area with their young son and daughter. Dennis personally understands the emotional and logistical concerns that every buyer goes through.
